A longtime public servant in Blount County, having served as the Mayor of Friendsville and served 12 years on the Blount County Board of Education. His responsibilities at HECI include financial manager of the company, along with managing both projects and clients as related to budgets and client satisfaction.

Experienced in commercial and industrial developments along with the ability to manage projects through outstanding interpersonal skills. Skilled in navigating difficult project situations while maintaining control of budget and schedule.

Chris Hodge

Having spent many years in the field conducting field audits for public/private schools and industrial facilities has allowed him to see first-hand the issues that many buildings are facing, helping to bring about cost-effective solutions to clients.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER + DIRECTOR OF ENERGY SERVICES
Instrumental in developing Investment Grade Audits (IGA), including coordinating site visits, assembling existing systems into accurate energy usage categories, performing savings calculations and energy modeling, and working with contractors to assemble final IGA reports.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Industrial and Commercial are just two of the project types that make up a diverse background of electrical engineering capabilities, with experience including electrical power distribution, arc flash studies, lightning protection, and much more.

Bill Gossett, R.A
ARCHITECT
Experienced in designing for architectural activities on a variety of industrial projects. These have included work on master plan designs, presentation DWG’s, and industrial buildings throughout the Southeastern United States.

A diverse background in mechanical engineering with ten years in senior engineering roles. Managed multi-million-dollar capitol industrial projects with a strong background in commercial and industrial control systems.
